Website privacy and cookies
This notice covers the WorksOrder AI marketing website, operated by Agent Integration Ltd, 9 Nelson Street, Southend On Sea, SS1 1EF. It describes website measurement and enquiries; it does not cover customer job records held within the WorksOrder AI platform.
Your choice about analytics
Google Analytics is optional. We load it only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand which pages people visit and when they click an email enquiry or appointment-booking link. We do not send the content of your emails to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our website integration.
Analytics can process browser and device information, page visits and cookie identifiers. Google may process this information on servers outside the UK. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies and preferences
We store your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage under worksorder-analytics-consent. After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga cookies to distinguish visits. Use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice. Declining stops analytics and removes the Google Analytics cookies managed by our website. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.
Booking an introductory call
Our booking buttons open Google Calendar. Google processes the information you enter to arrange the appointment, and we receive the booking details so we can meet with you and respond to your enquiry. The booking service operates under Google’s privacy policy. Website analytics records a booking-link click only after your consent; a click is not a confirmed appointment.
Contacting us
Our enquiry links open your email application. If you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond. Please avoid including tenant records or other sensitive job information in a general website enquiry.
Your rights and choices
Depending on how your information is used, you may have rights to access, correct or erase it, restrict its use, object to processing, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. For website analytics, use “Analytics preferences” to withdraw your permission for future collection.
You can raise a concern with us using the contact details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Privacy enquiries
To ask about your information, request its correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@worksorder.ai.
