02 - Booked
Booking is a job you assign, not a job you do.
Every pipeline row has an assignee — a member of staff or the AI agent. Hand the agent a booking-stage job and it starts tenant outreach: slot offers by SMS or WhatsApp from the engineer's synced diary, conversational replies understood, visit confirmed, everyone told what happens next.

A field day that runs itself.
Engineers run the day from the app: accept, en route, arrive, complete. The tenant follows a live-tracking link with the engineer's photo ID, qualifications and ETA. Completion captures certificates, signatures, time on site and further-works lines picked from your schedule of rates — descriptions only, never prices. EICR-class work is held for Qualified Supervisor sign-off before any money moves.

The money loop, closed.
Your schedule of rates plus per-customer overrides and commission terms price everything server-side — agreed customer rates are never uplifted. Reports, quotes and invoices go out on your letterhead; quotes track acceptance onto the final invoice. Xero syncs two ways, remittance advice PDFs are parsed and matched, and statements go out on each customer's cadence.
