AI document parsing turns unstructured works orders into live jobs, matched to the right customer, property and tenant — with anything uncertain queued for human review, never silently guessed.

02 - Booked
Booking is a job you assign, not a job you do.
Assign the booking to your team or the AI agent. It offers times from the engineer’s diary by SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email, handles the reply and confirms the visit.

Share an ETA and ID, complete the pre-work safety checks, prepare the certificate and record completion. Further works are captured from your schedule of rates, ready for office pricing and sign-off.

The money loop, closed.
Your schedule of rates plus per-customer overrides and commission terms apply the right price to each job — agreed customer rates are never uplifted. Reports, quotes and invoices go out on your letterhead; quotes track acceptance onto the final invoice. Xero syncs two ways, remittance advice PDFs are parsed and matched, and statements go out on each customer's cadence.
